Zendesk is our brand new customer support system! This new system replaces our previous system (Kayako) at the support.hifitechinc.com website. This new system provides a better experience for both customers and support agents, with more quickly-resolved tickets and more robust self-help features and integrated articles. Thanks for your patience during the transition period.
Existing tickets in our older system (Kayako) will continue to be supported on that older system. New tickets (requests) should be made on our new Zendesk system. Old tickets on Kayako will continue to be accessible for reference throughout the transition, but will become inaccessible after transition is completed.
User accounts on the old system are not being migrated to the new Zendesk system. An account is NOT REQUIRED for support on Zendesk, but is recommended for additional online features including support request monitoring and management. Please create your new account at your convenience, using the "Sign in / Register" link above at top right.
