If you are not receiving email responses to your support tickets/requests, please check your Promotions/SPAM section, as your email service may be incorrectly classifying our ticket responses.
You can add support@hifisimtech.zendesk.com as a contact, or or trusted sender, depending on your email software/service. This should allow all of our emails to be received properly without being incorrectly filed as promotions/spam.
