If you are experiencing a license error or too many activations/disconnect errors:
- Ensure that you are using the proper license key, user account and/or order ID
- Ensure that no other people or installations are simultaneously using your license/account
- If you need to reset the license key entered for a product, please uninstall (+remove user/saved data) and reinstall the product, entering the intended license key after reinstallation
If the problem is not resolved by the above, please submit a request through our Zendesk Support System, include the relevant license/order information, and we will assist you as soon as possible.
Note: Sharing your license or account with other users is against the license agreement and can result in permanent deactivation of your license and/or account. We DO NOT restore licenses or accounts that have been disabled for sharing. Do not share your license or account!
